Keep up to date

We understand that the situation surrounding Covid-19 is causing concern, and this is an uncertain time for us all. At allplants, our community always comes first. We hope to make life that little bit easier for our customers - by continuing to cook and deliver healthy, plant-powered meals.

Our kitchen heroes have been incredible and are cooking up a storm during this unprecedented time. We’ve seen such a huge increase in demand over the last week and we’re working round the clock to try and keep up. We're doing all we can to keep cooking and delivering our dishes to wonderful people like you.

We're here if you need us

We have been touched by the number of you who have purchased allplants meals for vulnerable family and neighbours. This and the many other ways our community is extending kindness at the moment is wonderful to see.

FAQs

What extra measures are you taking?

Our health and safety standards are already 5* rated, but as you would expect from us we are taking every precaution to protect our team, they will not come to work if they experience even minor cold or any other symptoms and we'll support them so that they can self isolate at even the first sign of feeling unwell.

Are you going to run out of food?

We’re keeping our kitchen open as usual. We know how important it is for us to maintain our service, especially for those in our community who are unable to leave home.  For now our production and supply chain remains unaffected. Like all businesses, we’ll be monitoring the situation and keeping you up to date.

Will my order be delivered?

Yes. You can expect your usual service. We’ll be doing our best to make sure we keep your freezer full of healthy delicious food. We don’t foresee any challenges to this at the moment, but if anything changes that would impact our service we’ll be as transparent and quick to let you know as we can.

Do you offer contact free delivery?

Yes. Our delivery partners (like DPD) can leave your box in a safe place in order to help you follow social distancing guidelines. You can add instructions via their website or app.
