Can I return my meals if I don’t like them?

If you’re not happy with your allplants meals for any reason, please drop us an email to kitchen@allplants.com (or feel free to call us anytime - 0208 068 1700). Our meals are all perishable, so we can’t collect the dishes or accept returned products, but we always  bend over backwards to help make good of any situation and if there is any issue we are happy to refund your first taste of any dish - that’s our promise.

You’re still always welcome to return the delivery packaging to us (yellow box, sparkly liner & dry ice packaging), using the CollectPlus label in your box. You can read all about how to return the delivery packaging here.

How long do refunds take?

If you’re expecting a refund for any reason, please allow 3-5 working days for this to reach your bank account.
