Our Bourguignon is a hearty, red wine stew filled with braised portobello mushrooms, caramelised shallots, roasted beets and our signature 50/50 lentil and quinoa base.

Season to your liking and serve with crunchy, steamed, seasonal greens.

Microwave Recommended. 12 mins, till bubbling.

Remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 12 mins until bubbling, stirring halfway. Check your Bourguignon is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before removing, stirring and serving.

Oven. 42 - 48 mins, till bubbling.

Pre-heat your oven for 10 mins. Remove sleeve and film. Cover dish with tin foil. Cook in the centre of the oven until bubbling. Stir the dish halfway through cooking and before serving
