Remove sleeve, pierce film lid, place in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 12 mins until bubbling, stirring halfway. Check your Tagine is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before removing, stirring and serving.

Pre-heat your oven for 10 mins. Remove sleeve and film. Cover dish with tin foil. Cook in the centre of the oven until bubbling. Stir the dish halfway through cooking and before serving
