Our Moussaka is made up of layers of roasted aubergines, potatoes and a plant-based ragù with lentils and activated sunflower seeds, topped with a creamy coconut and polenta béchamel sauce.

Oven Only, 40 - 45 mins

Pre-heat your oven for 10 mins. Remove sleeve and pierce recyclable film. Cook in the centre of the oven for 40 - 45 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min before removing film and serving

200°C, Fan Oven
