Our deliciously fragrant and creamy green curry is packed with fresh roasted mushrooms, baked tofu, water chestnuts and handfuls of crunchy vegetables.

 This light and zingy curry is best served with fluffy white rice. Sprinkle some finely chopped red chillies and spring onion spears on top and season to your liking.

Microwave Recommended. 12 mins, till bubbling.

Remove sleeve, pierce film, place in middle of your microwave and hit go. Heat for 12 mins until bubbling, stirring halfway. Check your Thai Green Curry is piping hot. Leave to stand for 1 min before removing, stirring and serving.

Oven. 45 - 50 mins, till bubbling.

Pre-heat your oven for 10 mins. Remove sleeve and film. Cover dish with tin foil. Cook in the centre of the oven until bubbling. Stir the dish halfway through cooking and before serving
