Are almonds good for you?
Yes, almonds are a healthy seed to add to your diet – sorry to drop that big one if you still thought that they were officially a nut.
Why are almonds good for you?
Almonds are loaded with healthy, monounsaturated fat which is great at regulating the levels of ‘good’ cholesterol in your body. They’re a protein and fibre dense food, both of which are key to general and good digestive health. Mineral and vitamin wise expect to get a good helping of calcium, magnesium zinc, vitamin E, folate and biotin.
