The bigger picture is that not only does a plant based diet have a lower carbon impact and use less land, but simply put, whether wholefoods or alt meats, both are a win.
In our kitchen wholefood veg is the star. We’re inspired by the power of plants, not just for their nutritional benefits, for the flavours they bring and we love challenging ourselves to transform them into show stopping meals and more for you to love.
Sometimes you might see an alternative meat used in our dishes (like the ‘facon’ in our Mac & Bacon or soya mince in our Protein Bolognese). When we do decide to use alternative meats we only use the best quality, with the simplest ingredient lists.
Our beef is with the ultra-processed industry. We stand by our promise that we’ll only use ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen. That’s something you can count on.
