The nutritional benefits of apricots

This stoned yellow fruit is nutrient-dense and jam-packed with goodies – most noteworthy are vitamin A, C, E and potassium. As well as these, apricots are loaded with antioxidants but low in fat and calories.

Apricot health benefits

Two of our favourite health benefits that are linked to eating apricots are improved digestive health and overall eye health! Versatile, right?

Other notable benefits include better gut health, improved skin and a decreased risk of heart disease.  It’s also believed that there is a reduced risk of strokes and lowered blood pressure due to their potassium content.
