Are Shreddies Vegan?

by Fabian Jackson

2min read

Who doesn’t love to start their day with a bowl of Shreddies (or end the day with an evening bowl for those that way inclined)? This long-standing breakfast cereal is the go-to for many, but is it vegan-friendly?

What are Shreddies?

Other than Knitted by Nanas, Shreddies are famous in the breakfast cereal game for having been around since 1939. The cereal is made from lattices of whole-grain wheat that looks as if they’ve been woven together into small patch-work squares.
