Vegan sausages
The volume and variety of vegan sausages available in shops today is bigger and better than ever before. With choices ranging from vegetable-inspired right up to those which are plant-based imitations of meat.
Are vegan sausages healthy?

Baking or grilling your plant-based sausages with no oil will be the best choice with frying being the least healthy option.
