Is hemp milk good for you?
Hemp milk has several health benefits. It can help improve skin, as hemp oil has been shown to improve conditions such as eczema, acne and psoriasis. Hemp milk can also help with brain and heart health due to high levels of fatty acids omega-6 and C-Reactive protein.

Due to its increasing popularity, hemp milk can now be found in most supermarkets; the hemp milk brand Good Hemp is stocked in Tesco and Sainsbury’s.
