Books always make a great gift, and cookbooks make the perfect gift for vegans and foodies. While you can get your hands on loads of tasty vegan recipes online (thanks Val) there’s sometimes nothing like leafing through a recipe book to get the creative juices flowing. We all know that tofu is a vegan’s best friend, but did you know that a tofu press is the ultimate tofu BFF? A tofu press is a kitchen contraption that removes the water from your tofu, resulting in a denser block with added texture.
