Aesop is an Australian skincare brand known for its luxury products, and sleek, modern approach to branding (the bottle are iconic, of course). Aesop was founded by hairdresser Dennis Paphitis in Melbourne in 1987 and has since become one of the central players in the luxury skincare world.
Is Aesop cruelty-free?
Good news — Aesop is indeed really cruelty-free. It is credited by Leaping Bunny Association, as it does not use third parties for testing on animals, nor does it sell its products in countries where it is required by law.
Is Aesop vegan?
Yes, Aesop is also vegan! As explained on its website, No animal-derived ingredients (such as beeswax, honey or lanolin) are used in Aesop products.
