Is almond milk good for you?

Almond milk is low in calories and fat, and is a good source of vitamin E for those on a plant based diet. It is also fortified with extra vitamins to ensure people hit their recommended daily intake, as is done with dairy milk. 

When buying almond milk, the calories may differ depending on whether you buy sweetened or unsweetened varieties, so this may be something to bear in mind if you’re looking for a low calorie milk alternative. But generally, almond milk is indeed considered to be quite good for you.
