Huda Beauty was created by Huda Kattan in 2013, after finding success with her beauty blog (also called Huda Beauty), in which she posted tips and makeup tutorials. Her line of cosmetics soon found fame, especially over instagram, where many influencers used the platform to review products as well as create makeup looks and tutorials using them.
Is Huda Beauty cruelty-free?
Yes — Huda Beauty is indeed cruelty-free! It does not test on animals or use thor parties to test on animals, nor does it sell products where animal testing may be a requirement by law, making it truly cruelty-free.
Is Huda Beauty vegan?
No, Huda Beauty is not vegan, as it uses ingredients such as lanolin, carmine, and beeswax in it’s products which are animal products or bi-products.
