About Katy Perry
Katy Perry is an American singer-songwriter from Santa Barbara, California who had her breakthrough in 2008 with her second studio album One Of The Boys and its lead single, I Kissed A Girl. Perry has had multiple chart-topping singles and albums since and is one of the most prominent artists in the pop scene today.
She is also well known as a judge on American Idol, a US show searching for the next big musician as well as her active philanthropy and political advocacy.
Is Katy Perry vegan?
Yes – well, kind of.
According to Katy Perry’s Twitter, she said ‘I'm about 95 percent ready to be 100 percent VEGAN.’
Hardly conclusive, but we hope she’s out there enjoying some great plant-based grub!
