If you’ve been wondering ‘is Meghan Markle vegan or vegetarian’, then you’ve come to the right place. Keep reading to have your questions answered.

About Meghan Markle

Actor, activist and sustainability champion, Meghan Markle was born in Los Angeles California and is perhaps best known for her role in long-running US series, Suits.

Is Meghan Markle vegan?

‘While it is not confirmed that Markle is vegan, [she] previously confirmed she tries to maintain a vegan diet during the week, though she may splurge on the weekends’ according to Totally Vegan Buzz.

Meghan’s vegan investments

Markle invested in a plant-based coffee startup, Clevr Blends at the end of 2020. What was, until not too long ago, a Californian pop-up is now taking all of North America by storm and has plans to go international this year.

The business was entirely self-funded until recently, which is apparently one of the reasons Markle took such a keen interest; along with it being entirely women-owned and sustainable, thriving on ethical choices. If you were looking for more reasons to be interested, the Duchess of Sussex gifted their plant-based lattes to Oprah for Christmas.
