Is Olaplex Cruelty-Free And Vegan?
1min read
Olaplex is the haircare brand that everyone is after, helping repair and strengthen damaged and coloured hair. But are the products vegan and cruelty-free? Find out what you need to know below.
What is Olaplex?
Heard about it but wondering what all the fuss is about? We’ve got you. Olaplex seems to be the new ‘it’ brand in the world of haircare; using active chemistry and a patented ingredient Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, Olaplex promises to restore strength and sheen to hair with the right combination of products. Founded in 2014, it has become a staple brand in salons, so if you’re wanting the feel from a fresh wash and cut at home, these products are it.
Is Olaplex cruelty-free?
Yes, Olaplex is indeed truly cruelty-free! While it is not certified by any organisations, it does not test on animals, nor do they sell the products in countries where animal testing is required by law, making it fully cruelty-free.
Is Olaplex vegan?
Another win for our plant-based friends — all Olaplex products are also vegan!
