Is Paul McCartney vegan or vegetarian?

So, Paul McCartney is a vegetarian, not a vegan. In fact, he hasn’t eaten meat since 1975 when as the story goes he saw lambs running around a field whilst eating a lamb meal with his wife, Lina McCartney. Paul has been one of the most recognisable long-standing vegetarians in the UK and has featured in many international campaigns for animal rights.
