About Prue Leith

Prue is a South African born restauranteur and businesswoman of Scottish heritage. Prue trained in London at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School from 1960 and throughout her 60-year career has been a celebrated chef, writer, founder of a cookery school, recipe developer, novelist, broadcaster and television presenter.

Is Prue Leith vegan? 

To put it simply, no, Prue Leith is not vegan.

However, in a recent collaboration with her niece, Peta Leith, she wrote and released The Vegetarian Kitchen (Everything You Need to Know to Cook Comforting, Delicious Vegetarian Food).
