The leading manufacturers of Shredded Wheat breakfast cereal today are Nestle, but the recipe for whole wheat pillow-shaped biscuits dates all the way back to 1893. Is Shredded Wheat good for vegans?

Yes, Shredded Wheat has been certified as a vegan-friendly breakfast cereal by Nestle, making it a great plant-based choice to start your day with. The only question that remains is – oat milk or almond?
