Why some people believe that sparkling water is bad for you
In the past, there have been some concerns about drinking sparkling water, bone density and tooth decay. However, these two factors have been disproved – regular carbonated water will not affect tooth decay as it’s only added sugars, salt or acids that is responsible for this.
