Who doesn’t love everything coconut-y? This recipe from Flavours Treat uses coconut milk as its base and we think it sounds great, especially with a gently spiced dessert.

If you love creamy custards, then this recipe from Nutritiously is the one for you. The blend of thick, full-fat coconut milk and almond milk combine to create something dreamy. There’s a gentle sweetness from vanilla syrup that’s balanced by the freshness of a squeeze of lemon juice and zest.
