What’s the deal with Biscoff iced coffee?
Biscoff Iced coffee is set to be the new drink of the summer, having taken off on the popular app Tiktok. Tiktok is full of coffee enthusiasts, so it’s no surprise that this creation has taken off on the platform. While the Dalgona coffee trend was pretty popular in March 2020 during the first lockdown, this new trend is set to be the ‘it’ drink as we come out of restrictions this summer.
Is Biscoff iced coffee vegan?
Seeing as Biscoff is vegan (thankfully), we don’t see why this new coffee can’t also be plant-based! With your favourite vegan milk or creamer, the sky is the limit.
How do you make Biscoff Iced Coffee?
The recipe is pretty simple, you’ll be glad to hear! Make an espresso, and add your desired amount of Biscoff into the mixture until well combined. Then add to a glass filled with ice, froth up your favourite plant milk, and pour over the espresso mixture. And that’s it!
