Ingredients
2 packs (600 grams), silken tofu
5 tbsp maple syrup (or 4 tbsp sugar)
200g dark chocolate, chopped
Method
STEP 1
Add your tofu and and maple syrup to a bowl. Using a hand blender (or regular blender), mix the two together until smooth and creamy (3-4 minutes).
STEP 2
Melt your chopped chocolate and add it to the bowl with tofu. Fold it together until the chocolate is fully incorporated.
STEP 3
Split the mousse into ramekins, top them with nuts and sea salt (optional) and let them sit in your refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
