What’s better than a chocolate dessert? A chocolate dessert that calls for 3 ingredients. What’s even better than that? A chocolate dessert that calls for 3 ingredients and only takes 10 minutes to make. Let’s go!
2 packs (600 grams), silken tofu
5 tbsp maple syrup (or 4 tbsp sugar)
200g dark chocolate, chopped
Add your tofu and and maple syrup to a bowl. Using a hand blender (or regular blender), mix the two together until smooth and creamy (3-4 minutes).
Melt your chopped chocolate and add it to the bowl with tofu. Fold it together until the chocolate is fully incorporated.
Split the mousse into ramekins, top them with nuts and sea salt (optional) and let them sit in your refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy!
