Chocolate Mug Brownies
Who says you need an oven, eggs and a long time to make brownies? Have a go at creating these easy, delicious, chocolate-y brownies in under 5 minutes. These quick, tasty bites in a mug are a definite time saver and tummy pleaser for sweet lovers out there.
3 tbsp plain flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp plant-based milk
1 vegan tbsp chocolate chips
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, oil and milk in a mug. Mix until you have a thick and quite smooth texture (make sure to use a mug that can hold 200ml+ to prevent mixture from leaking out when being cooked).
Fold the chocolate chips in the mixture, and sprinkle some above.
Place the mug in the microwave and heat for 01:10 mins. You can cook it for longer but it can get quite dry, depending on your microwave (mine was set at 900W). Once done, make sure to let it cool down for a minute or two before tucking in. Enjoy!
