What day of the week do you deliver?
We deliver every Monday - the perfect way to start your week.
Where do you deliver?

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
No, you can ask for your box to be left in a safe place if you’re not in. Just keep in mind that your meals are frozen, so it’s best to get them in the freezer as soon as possible. If they’re left out for too long, they may defrost, and we can’t take responsibility for the condition of meals left at your request.
Do the meals arrive frozen?
Yes — we carefully pack everything to arrive frozen. If your meals are a little softer on arrival but still partially frozen, just pop them straight into the freezer - they’ll be perfectly safe to refreeze and enjoy later!
What happens if I miss the Saturday cut-off?
Don’t worry, you can still place your order for the following Monday’s delivery.
Packaging & Recycling
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes! Our cardboard boxes, sleeves, and trays all go straight into household recycling. The dry ice bags can be recycled with plastics, and the dry ice itself simply evaporates on its own. We use dry ice to keep our meals frozen, please be careful when handling this - see our Dry Ice FAQs for more information.
Can I return the packaging?
As our packaging is recyclable we don’t offer a return option: simply recycle with your other household waste.
What should I expect when opening my box?
Most of the dry ice will have gone by the time your box arrives. If there’s a little left, that’s totally normal — it just means your meals stayed frozen all the way to your door.
Is dry ice safe?
Dry ice is absolutely not for eating or drinking - it’s only here to keep your food safe and frozen. But don’t worry — our clever box packaging is designed so any bit left (if any) is harmless and will vanish on its own with no need for special ventilation.
How do I get rid of Dry Ice?
You don’t need to do anything at all. Just leave the box open somewhere well ventilated, and it’ll evaporate naturally.
Is dry ice safe around children and pets?
Keep any leftover dry ice out of their reach.
What if I touch some dry ice?
If you do accidentally touch a small bit, just rinse the area with lukewarm water.
