IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Delivery Cost
Delivery to your door is always included in the price you pay at checkout.
2. Delivery Day
We deliver on Mondays every week.
3. Courier Service
Our deliveries are handled by DPD, and you will receive delivery updates directly from them.
4. Delivery Deadlines
The deadline for placing an order for delivery on Monday is 7pm on the Saturday - as an example, for an order to be delivered on Monday 15th September your order must be placed by 7pm on Saturday 13th Sept. An order placed on Sunday 14th September would be delivered on Monday 22nd September.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the UK mainland only. This excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and all UK islands. We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: AB, BT, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH16–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE.
6. Receiving Your Delivery
You do not need to be at home to receive your delivery. If you choose, we can leave it in a designated safe place. Please be aware that meals will defrost if left outside of the freezer for too long, and we cannot take responsibility for the condition of deliveries left at your request.
7. Returns Policy
