How are the meals delivered?
We deliver with DPD, and you’ll get live updates on your delivery directly from DPD.
How do you keep the meals frozen during delivery?
We use specially designed cardboard packaging and dry ice to keep your meals cold.
Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?
No, you can ask for your box to be left in a safe place if you’re not in. Just keep in mind that your meals are frozen, so it’s best to get them in the freezer as soon as possible.
Where do you deliver?
At the moment, we currently deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery excludes Northern Ireland, The Highlands and all UK Islands. We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: AB, BT, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH16-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
Do I have to subscribe to order?
We don’t currently offer subscriptions. Just order whenever’s best for you, whether that’s a one-off or as often as you like. No commitment required.
