As well as that pretty cool fact, they can improve digestion, promote good heart health, lower blood sugar levels and even boost immunity.
Are canned peaches good for you?
Surprisingly enough, fresh and canned peaches (with their skins still on) have a similar nutritional value. Just make sure you’re picking up peaches in juice rather than in syrup!
