Are vegan burgers healthy?
In all honesty, the answer ranges from a ‘sometimes’ to more of a solid ‘no’.
Plant-based burgers sold in supermarkets are likely to have just as much salt as their meat counterparts, so they’re unlikely to make it onto a list of health-foods. However, plant-rich and unprocessed options might give you a nutritious boost. It really depends on how you cook them — the less oil, the better.
Are soy burgers healthy?
It’s a similar answer here with soy burgers, opting for reduced salt and sugar will generally be your ‘healthiest’ best.
