Pagan Diet Recipes
3min read
Has the pagan diet piqued your interest and now you’re keen to try some recipes? You’ve come to the right place, you’ll find some of our favourite dishes that fit perfectly into the pagan diet.
Food to eat on the pagan diet
The pagan diet calls for plenty of plants – lots of nutrient-dense fruits and vegetables which will make up around 75% of the diet– some legumes, seeds and nuts too. Interestingly, a small amount of responsibly sourced meat and fish is allowed but not mandatory. So this means the pagan diet isn’t strictly vegan but might be more accessible to anyone with the goal of eating more plants.
If you’re following the pagan diet then you won’t be eating many heavily processed oils, grains or starchy vegetables and no dairy, conventionally farmed animal products, food additives or gluten.
