Val is the brains behind all the tasty recipes on our social channels. There is nothing this half-Italian, half-American girl can't veganise (test her, we dare you).
- Ingredient you couldn’t live without?
Olive oil - I think around 90% of my body is made up of it.
- Favourite cuisine?
Italian but also Spanish and also Mexican.
- If you were a vegetable, what would you be and why?
Does a tomato count? If it does, I hope I’d be an italian cherry tomato that’s been relaxing in the sun for a long time.
- You need to unwind, where will we find you?
The beach but maybe also my bed.
- Your friends would describe you in these 3 words…
Clumsy, indecisive, excitable.
- Your guilty pleasure?
Eating really salty fries and ice cream - at the same time.
- If you were a superhero, what would you be?
I think I’d be the green powerpuff girl - we’re both moody.
- Coffee or Tea?
Coffeeeeee with alotta milk.
- Favourite allplants dish?
Our Teriyaki Udon makes up the other 10% of my body.
- Sweet or savoury?
