The Best Vegan Autumnal Drinks On The High Street
As the nights draw in and we start to fall back in love with our favourite chunky jumpers, it seems only right we spotlight the tastiest and most warming seasonal drinks on the high street guaranteed to lift your mood... even if it’s raining.
We’ve handpicked our favourite autumnal hot drinks from all the top high-street cafes that help ease the sometimes tricky transition into winter. Get ready for gingerbread, cinnamon, vegan honeycomb drinks and more!
Let’s take a closer look at what seasonal vegan drinks are on offer across the high street to help give you an autumnal step to your walk:
Costa is the spiritual home for autumnal drinks – it embraces the change in seasons the best way; with a fully dedicated menu. We love its gingerbread latte with oat milk, it’s the perfect mid-afternoon pick-me-up. If you find yourself on a return trip to Costa, why not try the cinnamon-spiced cappuccino with coconut milk or the honeycomb latte macchiato with almond milk next?

Caffe Nero takes a more subtle approach to its seasonal drinks, but this shouldn’t discourage you. We think the chai latte with oat milk makes a great drink for a chilly October day – it’ll leave you having cinnamon-induced daydreams.

If you’re craving hazelnut syrup and chocolate sauce as an integral part of your morning coffee, then this mocha praline macchiato with any plant-milk from Starbucks is the one for you. Or why not go all in and order Starbucks’ ultimate nod to autumn, the vegan pumpkin spiced latte.

Pret A Manger
If you find yourself passing a Pret and you’re in the mood for autumn in a keep-cup, then be sure to order the turmeric latte. It’s a winning blend of coconut milk, turmeric, cardamom, ginger and cinnamon – an autumnal spice mix if we ever saw one.

We couldn’t have represented the vast range of seasonal flavours without mentioning a pumpkin spiced latte (or PSL). We love Greggs’ PLS with plant-milk, especially paired with one of the vegan sausage rolls.
In case you were wondering where all the other pumpkin spiced lattes where on this list, we love them so much that we’re dedicated an entire post just to them – read The Lowdown On Vegan Pumpkin Spiced Lattes here
