Anyone who says they don’t enjoy snacking isn’t eating the right food in our opinion. Here are some of our go-to keto vegan snacks to fuel you through busy days between meals and meetings.

Quick snacks from the fridge or cupboard when hunger strikes and there isn’t any time to make anything.

  • Olives
  • Nuts – Brazil, macadamia, pecan, hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts (or nut butter made from these)
  • Seeds – sunflower, pumpkin, chia, sesame, 
  • Fresh vegetables – celery, peppers and cucumber 
  • Low-carb dips 
  • Edamame 
  • Seaweed snacks
  • Berries 
  • Dark chocolate
