What is lumpia?
Lumpia is a type of Filipino spring roll that can either be eaten fresh or once it's been fried and is made from a lumpia wrapper traditionally an egg crepe-style sheet of pastry. They can either be sweet or savoury when it comes to fillings.

Vegan Lumpiang Shanghai
These are filled with flavourful minced veggies and vegan mince, served with sweet chilli sauce.
Traditionally it’s deep-fried and filled with cooked ground pork and veggies and despite the name, did not originate from Shanghai but named after its resemblance to Chinese cuisine.
Carrot Jicama lumpia
