Plants was launched in 2023 and is founded and owned by Ella & Matthew Mills, the founders of Deliciously Ella.  In February 2025 we brought Plants together with allplants, to create all plants, a new plant-based powerhouse food brand with unrivalled awareness in the UK.

 

We believe that UPFs are destroying the nation’s health, and our mission is to offer real plant-based food designed for modern life: from veggie burgers to filled pasta to frozen meals, our range offers 100% natural meals that are easy to prepare on those busy week nights.

 

We started in Waitrose, and now you’ll find us in TESCO, Sainsburys, Ocado and Whole Foods too as well as on allplants.com.

 

With huge growth and big plans for 2026 and beyond, we’re only just getting started, and we’re looking for a new member of our team to help us unlock even more possibilities.

 

Working at all plants 

We are a dynamic & passionate team of five, based out of our Shoreditch head office in a FORA building at 74 Rivington Street. We love being together and are in the office 5 days a week.

 

About the role: 

We’re looking for a driven Commercial & Marketing Executive with lots of energy to join our team. This is a varied and fast paced role ideal for someone passionate about food and looking to start their career in FMCG.

As it’s name suggests, the role is a blend of commercial (sales & data) and marketing, giving you great experience across the business and reporting into the Managing Director Kerry. You’ll also work closely with   brand founder Ella Mills and our Brand Manager Gabby to shape the all plants brand in it’s next phase. You’ll work on everything from retailer meetings to brand photoshoots to social media collaborations.

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Commercial Support: analysing retailer sales & retailer loyalty card data, creating stories from the data to support internal insights and retailer meeting presentations. Managing new line and promotional setups. Full training provided.
  • Manage social content creation: identifying and working with UGC creators to create social recipe content, managing partnerships, briefing creators on recipes, editing video, posting on social, reporting on performance and developing new ideas with the Brand Manager.
  • Support with shopper marketing: supporting execution of shopper marketing plans, liaising with retailer contacts and external designers to design and launch assets.
  • Supporting with consumer events: supporting activations such as flyering and live podcast events.
  • Manage Customer Service: replying to emails in the consumer inbox and social DMs to build and support the community.
  • Support the wider team as needed: assisting with marketing send-outs, product tastings and general team support.

 

About you: 

You’ll be passionate about food: you’ll love recipes, restaurants and be engaged with health topics too. You’ll be full of energy and keen to learn – we’ll support you as you learn and grow. You’ll also be organised, have an eye for detail and be a team player who is happy to get stuck in to anything and everything going on at all plants.
