Green Vegan Recipes Perfect For St Patrick’s Day
The colour of the day is undeniably green for St. Patrick’s day, and if anyone is wanting to spend the day only eating green food, we not only applaud you but encourage this behaviour too. So in that spirit here are some of our favourite vegan recipes that are vibrant and green.

This seasonal green tart comes together effortlessly with shop-bought puff pastry and whatever from produce you can get your hands on.

This fresh salad is packed full of herby flavours, giant couscous and toasted flaked almonds. It’s ideal for those lunchtimes when all you need in a large bowl of goodness.
Plant-based mozzarella and pesto, name a more iconic duo. This classic pizza combination is a firm favourite in our books.
Waiting for the green pasta dish, well here it is. It’s creamy, sweet, fresh and simple, all coming together in under 20 minutes – a crowd-pleaser if ever there was one.
Much like the spring tart, this recipe is so versatile that it welcomes whatever beans you have a tin of. We top ours with either crunchy breadcrumbs, toasted bread or croutons, for extra crunch (and carbs).
If you haven’t guessed it already, pesto had to make a few appearances on St. Patrick’s day. We love this green sandwich that’s loaded with avocado, cucumber, lettuce and, of course, pesto.
