We love this recipe from our Development Chef, Iona, with slow-roasted red peppers flavoured with nori and gently coloured with beetroot sitting on top of vegan blinis with vegan cream cheese, a sprig of dill and a squeeze of lemon juice.

This recipe is all about prepping in advance, so all that’s left to do once you’re dressed is simply assemble and enjoy. It’s another mouth-watering and gluten-free idea from Iona’s.
