Seasonal recipes for March
Now for the exciting bit – what to do with all this seasonal produce in the kitchen
Spring greens tart
Enjoy a slice (or two) of crisp pastry topped with a creamy filling and fresh, tender veg – AKA this seasons’ best greens which help pack each mouthful with flavour and vibrancy.
Charred spring onion and sesame noodles
Charring spring onions naturally creates a deeply caramelised flavour that works wonderfully with the deep, nutty taste of sesame. Dinner = sorted.
Rhubarb chia pudding
You can make this (breakfast) pudding the night before and enjoy it’s sweet, tangy flavours knowing it’s going to power you through your day.
