Top Frozen Vegan food
6min read
We freeze the food we buy for so many different reasons, from locking in the nutrients of fresh produce to making things like a loaf of bread last longer. Not to mention the pure ease and convenience that frozen meals can offer.
Along with increasing the life of lots of our most loved produce, another plus of freezing foods is that impact it can have on our world. When we freeze our leftovers rather than throwing them away, we’re not only saving money, but helping lower our carbon footprints. How great is that?
We've put together a list of some of our favourite frozen vegan foods, from pizzas and plant-based sausages, to meals that just need heating up.
Pizza
Everybody loves pizza, right? There are some great vegan pizzas out there, but our all time favourite is The White Rabbit’s smokin’ vegan pizza. It’s packed with chargrilled peppers, mushrooms and satisfying vegan mozzarisella. It comes chilled, but will more than happily live in your freezer for up to a month.
Vegan sausages
In our opinion, there’s nothing quite like a vegan full english breakfast with a bit of a twist. We love Linda McCartney’s vegan chorizo and red pepper sausages in ours because they’re packed full of flavour and so easy to find.
Fruits and vegetables
The frozen fruit and veg available in supermarkets is picked at peak ripeness, going straight from the farm into freezers. This locks in maximum goodness.
Local fruits and vegetables can be picked in season and enjoyed year round, which is great for our planet and our taste buds.
allplants
Eating great food is always the goal, but we haven’t always got the time to spend hours in the kitchen. So why not have our Teriyaki Udon for dinner, and claim back a few hours with your family or friends?

Frozen vegan desserts
One our all time favourite recipes from Val is her vegan salted caramel ice cream. It’s creamy, sweet and salty perfection.
If you’re after something fresher, then definitely try our four ingredient blueberry ice lollies instead.
