Oyster Mushroom Shawarma

With melt-in-the-mouth mushrooms coated in a smoky, bunch spice mix and miso tahini and zhoug providing a hit of freshness and umami, this is a dish to wow someone with your cooking chops.
The perfect midweek meal. This cheesy gnocchi takes only eight minutes to prep and cook, and it’s so good you’ll finish it in half that time. A cacio e pepe-like sauce and crunchy, herby breadcrumbs are so good it’ll have you wondering how something can be so easy to make and yet so satisfying.
Vegan potato and red onion pizza
Pizza — but not as you may know it. The only way to make pizza even more of a comfort food is to throw some more carbs on it, and this has certainly been achieved in this drool-worthy pizza. A potato, red onion and vegan cheese topping makes this a great dinner to share for your next movie night.

Our spaghetti puttanesca recipe has performed the trick of being savoury, punchy, and a true one-pot wonder. Make it in 20 minutes for a pasta dish that is equal parts tasty and effortless.
