This smoky chipotle glaze on a burger is a total game changer and packs so much flavour.
We’ve paired our protein veggie burger with a zingy cabbage, jalapeño and spring onion salad to balance the smoky-sweet glaze, then finished it with a topping of toasted rice, peanuts and coriander for extra texture. It sounds impressive, but it comes together in under 20 minutes - perfect for a midweek dinner or an easy lunch.

5 tsp agave or maple syrup
